MindfulHaven was founded in 2012 by Dr. Amara Osei with a single conviction: mental wellness should feel as natural and nourishing as a walk through the park. Too many people delay getting help because therapy feels clinical, intimidating, or inaccessible.
We built something different — a boutique center where evidence-based clinical care meets the warmth of a truly human connection. Today, our eight-therapist team has supported over 1,200 individuals, couples, and organizations across New York City.
